- Dr. Fulkerson sees wound care patients at Twin Lakes Wound Care Center 2 half days a week. If you have a non-healing sore/ulcer, call 2702591612 to schedule an appt. with Dr. Fulkerson to start your healing. We use all modalities to help speed healing.
